We recently upgraded our GFI MailEssentials v14 to the new GFI MailEssentials v2012. After using the new 2012 product a couple of weeks we decided to purchase an upgrade key to include the MailSecurity features which were currently running on a 30-day evaluation period. The new upgrade key was purchased and I could not locate the utility to find out HOW to apply the upgrade key that I had received by email. Now, I discovered that the process to apply the new upgrade key was quite simple. BUT, if the email that was sent me had included the instruction on HOW to apply the new key that would have been most helpful. Something like this: (1) open GFI MailEssntials dashboard; (2) In navigation pane click 'General Settings'; (3) select Licensing; copy/paste new license key into licensing field; (5) click Apply.
