Most important about back-up software is knowing u can restore. Would it be posible to have a scheduled "random" restores. The idea is to have an automated system which test the restore, and reports on this restores. Retain - old back-up set

I would love to see a posibility where i can set a "retain" option to an existing back-up.

In example;

Backup is made all month 1st until 31st.

Customer realises they had a virus infection on the 22nd.

i want to protect the back-up from the 21st from expiring/being cleaned until i know i recovered every file.

Provide WSUS Data via Data Extraction API

The Dashboard provides several informations about the status of a WSUS server. To get a better automation of our processes we are fetching the data throughout the data extraction api. But the api provides very limited data on WSUS, that is only the number of failed updates and the number of computers that couldn't be reached. And this is only pasted into a text string... Email Customer from Rule

Please add the ability to email the customer from a rule. This would make is MUCH easier to get customer approval on a ticket. Some hourly customer's want to approve tickets that their employees submit. I would like to be able to make a rule that says if email address "@xyz.com" submits a ticket place on HOLD then email Manager@xyc.com for approval.

KB update search - Approval Policy

With the number of updates from Microsoft causing issues in the past few months, it has brought to my attention that we don't have the ability to search for KB articles such as in WSUS.

If this feature was implemented we could search per KB article and mark them as 'ignored'. Therefore avoiding any issues. Instead of having to scroll through manually and mark up the bad ones which takes longer.

clear check on mulitple machines at same time

too much time is being spent on clearing say the same failed Windows update on every computer each day for several days until it gets automatically corrected, I would like a way to clear the same failed update under the vulnerability checks across multiple computers at the same time.

Check "Überprüfung der Exchange-Speichergröße" fails because of exceeded limit and I change the limit to fit again the check ist cleared in the check details and the server list (the both windows on the right side), but the customer tree on the left side is still red until the check is run again. This should be syncron either way (everything red or everything clear).
